Description:
Aeris Resources are currently seeking applications for Electrical Leading Hand at our Cracow Gold Operations based in central Queensland.
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor you will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and support to the electrical maintenance team during each shift.
The Electrical Leading Hand will also balance scheduled maintenance with priority unplanned jobs for the fixed plant, remote surface assets and camp in line with statutory obligations.
The Leading Hand will also step up to fill in for the Electrical Supervisor when they are not onsite

- Permanent, full time contract, working direct for the Mine Owner/Operator
About You:
- Trade qualified Electrician
- Current QLD Electrical Workers License
- Current CPR & LVR Training
- Current manual C Class Drivers Licence
- Split air conditioning systems / heat pump qualification
- High Voltage switching training
- Dual trade qualification or currently completing (Instrumentation)
- Must have completed S1/S2/S3 training and be able to perform core Supervisor duties as required
- Completed permit issuer training
- Mobile / Fixed plant experience, training or demonstrable competency (highly desirable)
- High Risk work licenses (EWP, Forklift, Rigging / Dogging) (highly desirable)
