Salary Range:
$60,000 – $65,000 per annum

- Respond promptly to phone and web sales inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and analyze weekly sales reports, providing valuable insights to the team.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining sales records, filing, and organizing documents to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings and communications across teams.
- Ensure that all sales-related documentation is up to date and properly maintained.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within a sales support role.
- Ability to engage with customers face-to-face and through digital channels.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Eagerness to learn and embrace new technologies and systems.
- Proficiency in math: Comfortable with quoting and preparing sales reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in administrative work.
