Full-Time Front Office Supervisor & Guest Service Agent
As a Front Office Supervisor & Guest Service Agent , you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries, and delivering exceptional service. You will also support and guide the front office team, leading by example to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Lead and support the front office team, offering training and guidance.
- Assist in resolving guest issues to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain health and safety standards for guests and staff.
- For the Front Office Supervisor role: A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a hotel setting is required.
- For the Guest Service Agent role: Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred but not required.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
