The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented head housekeeper to lead a housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue. This hands-on role involves overseeing daily cleaning schedules, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing inventory and stock control, and training staff to maintain exceptional standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to improving efficiency and service quality. Ensuring guest satisfaction through impeccable housekeeping is a key priority, as well as coordinating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Skills & Experience- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a housekeeping team
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office and reservation systems
- Experience with stock control, ordering supplies, and managing budgets
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
