About the Role:
As an Administration Officer , you will be responsible for providing a high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative service to clients, staff, and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for many, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all who interact with the hospital. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, supporting hospital operations, and ensuring that services are provided effectively and professionally. This is a chance to contribute directly to the smooth running of the hospital and to make a positive difference in the healthcare experience of patients and the wider community.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high level of competency in the use of computers, work processing and office administration processes and procedures.
- Experience in providing administrative & clerical support services.
- Sound word processing and data entry skills.
