Administration Clerk
Toll People are recruiting an Administration Clerk for ongoing fulltime casual position in Darwin. Position will lead to permanent position. We are seeking dynamic people with strong work ethics and a focus on safety in the workplace.
Hours:
- 9:30am-5:36pm Monday to Friday
Primary Duties:
- Processing and consigning freight for remote areas
- Inputting same day bookings in salesforce
- Covering front counter operations during breaks etc
- Processing and arranging delivery of carton kits
- Assisting with salesforce enquiries
- Assisting the PM operations supervisor with all uplift tasks
- Learning important aspects of PM operations role to be able to cover in case of absenteeism
Skills & Experience:
- Strong accuracy and numeracy skills
- Strong safety focus
- Strong typing skills with high attention to detail
- Computer Literacy
- Detailed knowledge of and commitment to the highest level of customer service
- Can do attitude with ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels
- Professional acumen and personal presentation
