Site Administrator Roster: FIFO ex. Perth or Local to Port Hedland (8:6) Location: Port Hedland Employment Type: CasualAbout the role
Providing administrative support to the Rail division team; including coordinating flights and accommodation, onboarding new employees to site, addressing payroll enquiries and handling any ad-hoc duties as requested by Superintendents and Supervisors.
Skills & experience
- Extensive experience in a Site Administrator position
- Previous experience with Enable/ERMS and Workflow
- Proficiency in Microsoft office apps including advanced skills in excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Resilient attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Coordinate and manage site administrative tasks for the Rail division in a Tier 1 mining company in the Pilbara region
- Organise and book flights and accommodation for employees and visitors
- Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures
- Data entry of qualifications and other documentation.
- Assist with the mobilisation, on boarding and day to day enquires from employees, contractors, clientele, and suppliers.
- Upkeep of the Roster with all new swing requirements, flights, accommodation, and bookings.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling general administrative duties as required.
