JOB TITLE: Experienced Sales Consultant - Showroom
JOB TYPE: Full-time 9.00am – 5.00pm
plus every second Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm
LOCATION: Osborne Park, close to all amenities
OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY
This role is responsible for promoting and representing Sea of White’s high-end brand in the marketplace. Providing excellent customer service to both our new and existing customers through exemplary showroom management and service.
About the role:
- Accountable for delivering exceptional customer service and actively promoting and generating sales
- Establishing and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generating and maintaining proposals and orders to ensure timely scheduling of projects
- Creating a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors to the showroom
- Developing and maintaining oneself as a key contact point for clients
- Following up with clients and visitors on a regular basis to consolidate relationships
- Communicating with internal staff on a daily basis to achieve required outcomes
- Contributing to maintaining an effective and efficient administration system
- Establishing the showroom as a promotional and marketing venue to promote products and generate sales
About your experience:
- At least 3 years sales experience preferably in the Bathroom Supplies industry or related
- Proven track record of customer engagement leading to sales generation
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite and data management systems
- Demonstrated understanding of interior design
- Experience, passion and commitment to being personally and professionally successful
Skills:
- Proven ability to initiate sales and close the deal
- Ability and willingness to generate sales through cold calling
- Positive can-do approach with strong initiative, who can work autonomously
- Ability to collaborate with other members of the sales team
- Outstanding customer service skills working with retail clients, Interior designers and Architects
- Organisational skills with the ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated capability to build on and maintain a loyal customer base
- Ideal candidate will have Commercial & Retail Sales knowledge
