Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet the unique needs of corporate partners.
- Creating, submitting and achieving success in tender applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that align with corporate client requirements.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts to drive business growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or sales, within a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and corporate client relationship management.
- Able to write and submit proposals on tender agreements and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans to target and engage corporate clients effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong ability to close deals.
- Be willing and able to travel throughout Australia to meet and build relationships with corporate and head office staff of potential and existing customers.
- Full working rights to be employed throughout Australia.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in hospitality, supply chain, or corporate procurement industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
