This role is a 12-month fixed-term full-time contract working 37.5 hours per week based in Belmont.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies while also managing resources effectively to ensure project success.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to implement digital initiatives that align with practical business needs and IT standards.
- Promote an atmosphere where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
What you’ll need:
- Experience leading Technology Projects and Programs through the full project life cycle.
- Relevant business-related tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant industry certifications in IT Project Management such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
