Practice Nurse - Treatment Room & Care Plan (Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse)
Ellenbrook Medical Center requires an experienced Practice Nurse in the treatment room full time/part time (hours can be discussed) and Care Plan/Health Assessment's to join our very friendly, fun and professional team.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year general practice experience desirable
- Be able to work autonomously with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Immunization certificate (or working towards)
- Wound management experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Flexibility to cover sick and holiday leave
Desirable:
- Ear syringe competency
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Assisting GP's with minor procedures
- Would Management/Dressings
- Vaccinations and immunizations
- ECGs
- Managing treatment room
- Sterilization of instruments
- Spirometry
- Triage
- Recalls and recording immunizations
- Care Plan and Health Assessments
- Admin duties as required
Ongoing training and development is encouraged and offered.
