Description:
A pivotal role, there is clear scope for you to make a real impact as the Finance Team Lead of this mining maintenance company based in the Southern Suburbs of Perth. As you would expect, day to day matters will include:
- Ensure detailed cost reports and supporting documentation are provided for invoiced jobs
- Promptly and efficiently follow up on all client queries
- Ensure timely issuance of invoices
- Monitor and maintain work in progress weekly
- Process payroll promptly to meet deadlines
- Maintain cash flow to meet business needs
- Oversee daily monitoring of the accounts email and ensure invoices are entered daily
- Ensure debtor and creditor accounts are managed within company-approved timeframes
As Team Leader
- Support team members to ensure all tasks are met
- Monitor team workload
- Identify training needs and provide necessary support to staff
- Approve and manage annual leave to ensure business continuity
- Foster an inclusive and open team environment
About you
- Team Lead Experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP system knowledge
- Procurement software experience
