About the role The Technician - Blasting provides field support with a strong emphasis on blast design and EBS support. What you will be doing Key Accountabilities Supports SHEC initiatives where appropriate, Writes incident reports, Develops Customer Technical Relationships, Delivers contracted TS commitments, Represents Customer needs and business development opportunity identification, Analyses blast measurements and assessing performance against a baseline, Introduces new products and services, Develops case studies, Participates in complex misfire investigation, Drives Product application stewardship, Trains and accredits customers in Orica TBT's, courses, products and systems, Trains and mentors Operations personnel, Technicians and Graduates. What you will bring With tertiary or technical qualification - up to 2 years experience post qualification.Without formal qualifications - up to 10 years of administrative experience, or allocation of work to operators. Role dependent - technical &/or functional business system applications required for tasks (e.g. SAP, SF, Concur, analytics/visualisation tools, engineering software, etc.) Role dimensions Span of control:
