Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating learning programs, administration, and reporting.
- Conducting reporting and analysis on workforce demographics and global KPIs.
- Acting as SME for recruitment systems and improving onboarding processes.
- Managing communication updates and policy inquiries.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Around 2 years in an HR Graduate, Administrator, or Coordinator role.
- Proficiency in HR software, processes, and databases with an interest in AI.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or related fields.
- High computer literacy in MS Office and business communication tools.
- A passion to grow and learn, aiming to 'outgrow' this role in 2-3 years.
