ABOUT THE ROLE
The eLearning and LMS Administrator is responsible for providing educational technology and LMS support to delivery areas. Integral to this role is applying educational technology knowledge and practice to support and enable course design and ensuring our blended courses are compliant and of a high standard.
The incumbent is a key and active participant of the Learning Technologies team and provides expertise to the Learning Technologies team and the greater educational delivery team.
The incumbent supports Chisholm's 2025-2029 Strategic Plan and our vision of Empowered local communities with global impact by working collaboratively to enrich lives through education and striving for excellence in all they do.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills, experience and qualifications:
- Diploma in ICT or equivalent demonstrated relevant knowledge and work experience
- Extensive experience in the development, operation, and administrative support of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies at a course level.
- Experience in Moodle LMS course administration including but not limited to; design and development of activities and resources, HTML editing and course level set up and troubleshooting.
- Overall strong IT skills and capability to problem solve and communicate IT solutions
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment, take initiative, and maintain a professional attitude while working autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring compliance with organizational policies, business rules, and data management procedures.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in educational technology.
