Office Administrator
- Casual with a view to Permanent full-time position / traineeship for right candidates.
- 15-20hrs per week (Flexible with days and times)

Evergreen Turf specialises in the construction, renovation and maintenance requirements of natural grass sporting surfaces, open space green areas and landscaping. We provide solutions to a wide range of clients including sporting clubs, schools, new home builders, golf and racecourses, sports stadiums and turf growers.
We are currently looking for an office administrator to join our team on a casual / part-time basis with a view to full-time or an office traineeship for the right candidate. May suit someone wanting to return to workplace during school hours, or school leaver looking for a start in business administration role.
The office administrator will report to the office manager and will be responsible for:
- Reception, including answering phones, taking turf orders and greeting customers and clients.
- Entering invoices and monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Filing
- Helping machinery department with process of orders and sending invoices
- Other ad hoc duties required
Flexible working hours are available between 8am-4.30pm M-F
Experience is not essential as on the job training will be provided, but experience with MYOB, AroFlo, Excel, Word and Outlook will be highly regarded.
