Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Services Coordinator to join our client, a leading educational institution located in Surry Hills, NSW 2010 , committed to supporting student success and fostering academic excellence.Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute lunch break).
Location: Surry Hills, Sydney
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey.
- Oversee and coordinate tasks related to student orientation.
- Monitor and track student academic progress.
- Address and resolve student complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between students, administration, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and current data within the student management system to guarantee data integrity and reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing systems, processes, and the student support framework.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Registrar.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Computer Proficiency: Intermediate business skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and experience using CRM software.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data management and task execution.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
