We are looking for a Commercial Area Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving sales and growth through strategic yield management, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. You will manage a team of commercial executives, oversee client relationships, and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Handle escalated client inquiries and contract negotiations.
- Oversee car park setup, ensure operational compliance, and optimize performance. Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Adhere to safety policies, promote equal opportunity, and adapt to technological advancements.
Our ideal candidate requires:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (retail industry experience preferred).
- Proven background in commercial management, business development, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
