Key Responsibilities
- Lead a proactive and positive team culture
- Ensure service delivery aligns with individual NDIS plan budgets
- Assist clients by providing advice on housing, daily living, and community support matters, ensuring alignment with participant needs and local service availability and making assessments accordingly.
- Collaborate with the National NDIS, Operations Manager and other departmental leaders to foster stakeholder engagement within the local community, ensuring positive reputation is upheld and promoted at local and visiting events.
- Make genuine attempts to contact the participant within two days after handover with the planner and meeting the participant within five days of the contact depending on the participant's availability.
- Manage and create individual support plans.
- Each quarter review budget versus actual expenditure, taking corrective actions where
- necessary and ensure progress toward achieving client plan goals is adhered to.
- Strengthen and enhance the participant's capacity to coordinate supports, self-direct, manage supports and participate in the community.
- Fully manage rostering across programs, ensuring compliance with the SCHADS Awards
- Oversee WHS responsibilities, including timely reporting of maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $79,000.00 per year
