Your New Role
Joining this large specialist team, you’ll play a pivotal role in complex litigation and arbitration matters arising from large-scale, high-value projects across major infrastructure, renewables, and commercial projects.
In this dynamic role, you will:

• Advise and represent project owners (including government), major contractors, and engineering firms in high-value disputes.
• Manage complex litigation and arbitration, including adjudications and expert determinations.
• Draft legal submissions, oversee case strategy, and collaborate with leading Counsel and technical experts.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, fostering a strong team environment.

You’ll work with some of the country’s largest developers, multinational engineering firms, and key government stakeholders, gaining exposure to challenging and career-defining matters.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years PAE in disputes and specialised construction experience and understanding of project operations and delivery;
• Excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail;
• Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines within a fluid work environment;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust your communication style based on your audience and positively influence desired outcomes;
• An active team member who is committed to supporting others to reach shared goals;
