Your New Role
The role will see you manage the legalities of complex property transactions at every stage in the life cycle of a development including development, acquisition, disposal, leasing and other property matters including:

• business sale and purchases;
• management rights;
• motels (freehold and leasehold);
• rent roll businesses;
• other businesses centred around property
• commercial, industry and retail leasing; and
• buying and selling residential and commercial property.

This role is working out of the firm's Brisbane or Gold Coast office.

Your Skills Profile

• 4-7 years' PAE in property law (mix of residential and commercial property);
• Experience with management rights and/or strata law highly desirable but not essential;
• Self-starter that can work independently with minimal supervision;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Excellent ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
