About the position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Lawyer to take charge of their thriving Property Law Department. As Head of Department, you will oversee a steady stream of clients and files, offering a variety of work that includes residential, commercial, and retail property matters. You will be the go-to expert, working closely with the firm’s owner to drive the department’s success and mentor your team.
With dedicated paralegal support, you’ll have the tools you need to focus on providing strategic, high-quality legal solutions while managing the department’s workload efficiently. This is a senior leadership role where you can leave your mark and make a tangible impact.
Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Property Law
• Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and retail property transactions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

• Competitive salary of $120,000 to $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
