This multifaceted agency based in the inner suburbs of Brisbane are now looking for their next Property Manager to join their vibrant office!

The Role:
- Portfolio Management of 130 properties
- No trust accounting or BDM duties required (unless you want to!)
- End to end duties with a VA for administrative support and out of office support
The Candidate:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Property Management
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Drivers license
- The ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Hard-working and honest
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
