Your next role:
  • Permanent full time role, managing a 60 bed aged care facility
  • Report into an Area Manager and have fantastic support from a Clinical Nurse Manager and two Clinical Nurses
  • Manage, inspire and empower staff to excel by providing direction, support and guidance
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement, implement innovative new initiatives, embed robust clinical governance strategies, and maintain compliance with aged care legislation
  • Ensure the delivery of superb customer service and person centred care by managing feedback and complaints
  • Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
  • Drive funding, manage costs and maximise resources to achieve financial targets

About you:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
  • Must have experience in a Clinical Nurse Manager or Facility Manager role within residential aged care
  • An inspirational, collaborative and approachable leader who motivates a team to achieve a common goal
  • Driven, resilient, innovative, flexible and passionate about delivering best practice care and customer service to First Nations people
  • Personable, excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to develop productive relationships with all stakeholders
