A large healthcare organisation requires a Senior SQL Database Administrator with strong ETL and API integration experience for a permanent opportunity based in Geelong starting ASAP. Your new role
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
Implementing effective database management strategies.
Analysing and implementing performance optimisation of the database.
Database tuning, performance optimisation and troubleshooting.Proactive health & performance monitoring, including daily health checks.Design, develop and maintain data integration solutions.Maintaining application databases & objects.Reviewing and executing daily data fixes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong experience working as a SQL DBA, preferably within large-enterprise organisations.Extensive knowledge of ETL and API integrations.Proven experience with data integration tools (i.e. HL7, InterSystems IRIS or MuleSoft).Tertiary education in Information Technology and Azure / AWS certifications are advantageous.Previous experience working within the healthcare sector is highly regarded.Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
