Liability Underwriter
Our client is a well-renowned insurer with a strong profile and position in the market. They're currently seeking a Liability Underwriter and Senior Liability Underwriter to join their experienced and dynamic team. This role will specialise in general liability/casualty for insurers and brokers nationally.
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting and processing risk across multiple product lines, specialising in general liability within the binder parameters and you're underwriting authority. You will effectively build relationships with brokers, clients and insurance partners, including the development of new business opportunities. Ensure a high level of customer service and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The role will collaborate with claims, admin, tech, marketing, and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
This is an opportunity for an experienced underwriter to join a very successful team and have the potential to really progress your underwriting career. Essential that you will have your Tier 2 or Tier 1 qualifications and have a proven background in an underwriting position. This role is looking for an exceptional candidate with a high level of communication, professionalism, and motivation.
