As a mobile and in-clinic service provider in Melbourne, we offer in-home Allied Health and Telehealth services to help participants live life to their full potential. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Melbourne-based team, ready to take on a diverse and rewarding caseload. At Four Point Therapy, we prioritise ethical NDIS service delivery, with no billable targets or unrealistic KPIs, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care that truly makes a difference. Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Valid AHPRA Registration
  • Experience working within the NDIS framework preferable, but not essential
  • ABN Number Required - We can help set one up
  • Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Car
  • Current Police Check
  • Current Working with Children Check (employee)
  • Experience in using evidence-based assessments to complete comprehensive functional assessments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adhere to treatment schedules and deadlines
  • Laptop with reliable internet connection
  • Ability to build rapport with our participants

About you

  • Work as a mobile OT providing community-based therapy to NDIS participants across your region of Melbourne (servicing clients close to where you live).
  • Minimum 2+ day p/w equivalent (10 hours per week)
  • Provide services to clients funded privately, through the NDIS.
  • Use evidenced based assessments and interventions with a community caseload, capturing (but not limited to) life skills training, equipment prescription, one to one exercise & lifestyle interventions, home environment assessments, reporting of functional capacity, home modifications, and chronic disease management.
  • Receive clinical support from a team of Senior Therapists to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence
  • Collaborate with other members of our Mobile Allied Health team – Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists to support a Participants holistic needs.
  • Liaise with NDIS, other providers (Support Coordinators) and key stakeholders
  • With appropriate experience and interest, the potential to offer clinical leadership of other community based Therapists
