About the role
Are you a marketing enthusiast with a flair for creativity and a knack for data-driven decisions? We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to execute effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. This role involves market research, campaign creation, social media management, and collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Execute assigned marketing campaigns that drive growth in various channels with designated time and budget frame.
- Develop comprehensive product catalogues from scratch, with support from the Product Specialist Team, ensuring accurate and detailed descriptions for each item. Include high-quality images, specifications, pricing, and any other relevant information to provide a full understanding of each product.
- Regularly review and update existing product catalogues to reflect new arrivals, discontinued items, pricing changes, and any other updates. Ensure that all information remains current and accurate for customers and stakeholders.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines
- Produce and publish content to execute the marketing plan/calendar, including:
- Social media posts and adverts
- Email direct messages
- Marketing mailouts
- Exhibition/trade display materials
- Slide presentations
- Product videos
- Webpages
- Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts to ensure brand consistency.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Implement metrics to track campaign/event impact
- Maintain tracking of marketing budget
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams to support their objectives through targeted marketing efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing (SEO, social media, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM), and web analytics tools
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High-level writing, editing, and content creation skills with a close attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a track record of building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
