Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the HVAC market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the most suitable HVAC solutions for their needs
- Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate contract terms to secure new business
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Contribute to the development of the company's sales and marketing strategies
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
An experienced (3+ years) in HVAC sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical expertise to customers
- Strong negotiation, proposal writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build strong relationships with customers
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, building services) is desirable
