All in all, we operate over 60 centres across Australia
Role purpose
The key purpose of the Guest Experience Representative is to provide in centre communication, coordination and information services for our customers to ensure their experience is better, easier and more enjoyable
What will you bring?
You will have demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role.
You will have a professional and customer focused approach, be confident in handling a variety of guest enquiries including cash transactions and customer feedback.
You are known for your ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities and have a sound background working independently with minimal supervision.
You’ll be passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to bring the Vicinity brand to life.

Monday: 9:45 - 18:15
Tuesday: 9:45 - 18:15
Thursday: 9:45 - 18:15
Friday: 9:45 - 18:15
Saturday: 9:45 - 18:15
Sunday: 9:45 - 18:15
Week 2
Tuesday: 10:45 - 19:15
Wednesday: 10:45 - 19:15
Thursday: 12:15 - 21:15
Friday: 12:15 - 21:15
