Media Coordinator
Who are we and why do you want to come and join our team?
Tomorrow is a market-leading full-service advertising agency specializing in the property industry. We are driven to work closely with our extensive portfolio of clients. We currently have a WFO and WFH arrangement.
More about the role and what we are looking for:
You would be reporting to our Media Director and work within a true team environment. This role requires a high level of professionalism and motivation to work within a collaborative media team. The successful applicant will either be a graduate from a media course or similar or have at least 1 year’s marketing experience and be able to manage a range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Media Manager and Buyers to ensure organised and successful campaign delivery including: · Collecting creative and dispatching to the appropriate internal team or supplier · Ensuring campaign ad tracking is set up and working· Spec sheet creation· Compiling and providing reports to media buyers using platforms such as campaign manager · Ensuring screenshots are up to date · Managing client and internal requests for all media matters and administration · Developing and maintaining productive internal and external relationships to achieve objectives.
Skills · Strong organisation and prioritization skills are vital. · Effective time management. · A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. · Excellent skills with PowerPoint would be useful. · Confident, well presented, and articulate. · A team player with an enthusiastic and can-do attitude. · Solid level of digital and press media understanding with marketing platforms such as Looker Studio, Campaign Manager and Google Analytics preferred.
