Description:

In this role, you will be providing comprehensive administrative support to an inspiring, busy, and ambitious director while coordinating the studio's social media presence. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing engaging content across multiple platforms while ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s day-to-day operations. Working within a renowned interior design studio based on the Mornington Peninsula, you will be part of a boutique team known for delivering exquisite residential and commercial projects across Australia. The studio is recognised for its meticulous attention to detail and ability to transform spaces into timeless, luxurious environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the director
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Photograph projects, products, and behind-the-scenes content for social media use
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimise engagement
  • Assist with client liaison and coordinate appointments
  • Manage office operations and supplies
  • Support the team with ad-hoc projects and events as required
  • Maintain digital filing systems and databases


Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Demonstrated social media management skills with a strong aesthetic sense
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media management tools
  • Basic photography and image editing skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Experience in interior design or creative industries is advantageous but not essential
