The Opportunity
101 Warehousing has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team in Truganina (Dy Shift). This role is a key support position for the Operations Manager on-site, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control measures are in place.
- Enforce health, safety, and compliance regulations to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.
- Handle staffing schedules, shift planning, and workload distribution to meet operational demands.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues, such as delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies, quickly and effectively.
- Other tasks as required or directed, consistent with skills, qualifications, and experience, deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of labour planning & performance management.
- Good knowledge of excel and warehouse management systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
