About the role

Join ACMI as an Exhibitions Project Coordinator and work with our Exhibitions & Touring Team to develop, project manage and deliver ACMI’s in-house and touring exhibitions program. Reporting to the Head of Exhibitions the role works collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of exhibition programs. This is a full time fixed term role until 30 November 2025.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience delivering high quality exhibitions at a range of scales, including exhibition planning and development in a public exhibition or museum display environment.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the proven ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing demands to deliver results within specified timeframes.
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff in a complex environment with sound experience in inducting a multi-functional and diverse team of staff.
  • Practical understanding of OH&S policies, procedures and processes.

  • Full time fixed term (until 30 November 2025), Grade 3.2 role with a starting salary of $84,166 plus super.
