Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of outbound sales consultants to maximize performance.Manage a portfolio of customers with a focus on growth and relationship-building.Drive sales performance to meet and exceed team and individual targets.Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to support individual success.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and call metrics to ensure alignment with goals.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimize team performance.Handle escalations and coach team members through objections.Cultivate a positive, high-energy team culture that fosters collaboration and achievement.Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for business growth.Provide regular reports on team performance
Essential Skills and Experience:Proven experience leading and managing a sales team (outbound sales experience preferred).Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.Ability to drive results while maintaining a positive and motivating team culture.Exceptional communication and people management skills.Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving success.Expertise in handling objections and coaching sales strategies effectively.Proven ability to understand and interpret technology
