The aim is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax functions within organisations, providing insights and future readiness. Their multidisciplinary team, with expertise in tax, transformation, and technology, helps clients streamline their tax delivery, ensuring confidence in the face of evolving regulations. Job Description With continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Tax Transformation Director to join our Tax Transformation & Managed Service teamThe successful candidate will have a blend of technical tax knowledge, transformation capabilities, and technology expertise. Key qualifications and experience include:- Develop a sales plan aligned with the broader divisional sales strategy.
- Identify market approaches, key partners, and clients to drive pipeline and conversion.
- Involve in RFP development, response preparation, and orals with broader TTMS team
- Support the design of solution architecture during the business development phase, including costing models and liaising with the technology team.
- Oversee project implementation, including risk identification and mitigation.
- Manage stakeholder reporting and develop supporting content.
- Coach junior team members to build capability within the team.
- Contribute to the tax function strategy and drive operational excellence through automation and analytical tools.
- Support ERP upgrades by identifying business, data, and reporting requirements for tax.
- Assist tax advisory teams with data analytical interpretation to optimise business benefits and mitigate risks.
