What You’ll Be Doing: As an Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to join a business that is motivated to excel, and you'll be involved in a wide range of important tasks, including:

  • Data Analysis: Take ownership of analyzing business data and creating insightful reports to help drive decisions.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Support our financial operations, ensuring that all transactions are tracked and records are maintained to a high standard.
  • Price List Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain accurate price lists in Excel, ensuring everything is aligned with our business strategy.
  • Import Management: Coordinate seamlessly with suppliers and shipping companies, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Email Handling: Handle emails with professionalism and accuracy, responding to customers, suppliers, and internal requests with promptness.
  • General Admin: Provide critical support to various functions within the business, managing schedules, documents, and helping with any ad-hoc tasks that contribute to our operational success.

  • Is organized , with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Is highly motivated , with a desire to continuously improve and excel in every aspect of the job.
  • Possesses strong communication skills and a natural ability to collaborate with others.
  • Has a background in administrative roles or operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Prior experience in a similar admin or operations role (preferably in a growing, dynamic company).
  • A proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
