About the Role:
We are looking for casual security officers in the Geelong area to join our team at a fast-paced, high-volume client site. You will play a key role in managing security operations, asset protection, and emergency response while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible security presence, staying alert and focused
• Offer exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Manage emergency situations and escalate as necessary
• Monitor CCTV systems and radio communications
• Conduct access control and enforce site rules and regulations
• Perform foot and vehicle patrols to ensure safety and security
• Complete incident reports and record occurrences as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Full Australian Working Rights
• Valid Victorian Security License with a Control Room Endorsement – Preferred
• Proven experience in security roles, especially in high-surveillance environments (industrial security experience is highly regarded)
• Availability to work on a rotating 7-day roster
• Full Victorian Drivers License
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to undergo shadow shift onsite prior to appointment
