Hamo Hospitality Group, the powerhouse behind Paddock Bakery, Woolstore Restaurant & Bar and 1915 Restaurant , is growing fast with two exciting new venues due to open in 2025. We’re looking for a visionary Restaurant Manager to take the lead at The Retreat Restaurant & Bar, creating innovative, modern Australian cuisine that celebrates local produce and elevates the dining experience.
About You:
3-5 years’ experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role
Strong understanding of modern Australian dining, with a focus on exceptional service and warmth.
Expertise in forecasting, cost control, and financial management to ensure the restaurant is operating efficiently
Calm under pressure and thrives in a high-paced environment
Able to lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team, while maintaining high standards
Exceptional time management and communication skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
