This role is very much front end throughout the pre-con/ECI phase overseeing design and value engineering and giving expertise once projects go to site however is an office based role.

Made up of a team of experts, this company has the ability to design and deliver specific builds tailored to the client's needs. With new projects in the pipeline, they are now looking for an experienced Building Services Manager to join the team.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Strong background in building services management, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of design and ECI processes.
- Experience managing commercial projects, fit out, refurb or build, ideally with values in excess of $20m.
- Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to take ownership and make informed decisions related to the project.
- A can-do, proactive attitude and 'hands-on' approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent hands-on experience in building services.
