We are seeking a proactive, client-focused, and detail-oriented NDIS Program Coordinator to oversee the delivery of social groups, day and overnight adventures for people living with disabilities across NSW and South-East Queensland .
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Work directly with people living with disabilities, helping them develop skills and independence.
✔️ Engage with families, carers, and service providers to ensure a collaborative, person-centred approach.
✔️ Coordinate and implement innovative programs that promote community participation and inclusion.
✔️ Support and supervise team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
✔️ Maintain accurate data, contribute to grant applications, and uphold compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
✔️ Exercise initiative and problem-solving skills to drive operational improvements.
✔️ Some travel to Brisbane and surrounds to support the team will be required.
What You Bring:
- Experience supporting individuals with disability, particularly Autism, and an understanding of their unique needs.
- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills – you can think on your feet and make informed decisions.
- Excellent time management & organisation – juggling priorities with ease.
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
- Great communication & interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Relevant qualifications (Bachelor’s/Diploma/Cert IV) & current First Aid & CPR.
