- Fly-in-Fly-Out Same Day: Spend 3 days a week flying to regional communities aboard modern aircraft from Bankstown Airport — enabling same-day trips (7:00 am to 4:00–4:30 pm).

The Role:
- Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments and ongoing therapy with a varied caseload across the lifespan.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Travel to rural communities for on-site sessions, with all arrangements handled by our admin and operations teams. With oversight from management, team leaders, and clinical staff, you’ll have the support you need to focus on delivering exceptional care.
What We’re Looking For:
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapists with nil restrictions
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy Experience.
- Experience with or strong understanding of the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for helping others and thriving in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally and embrace variety in your work.
- A fun team player.
