About The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ physical and mental functioning in diverse settings such as homes, schools, workplaces, and community centres.
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
- Building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks, including family, carers, and friends.
- Attending weekly team meetings and utilising the support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.
About You
- Completed a tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Currently registered with AHPRA, HCPC, OTBNZ, or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as an Occupational Therapist for 1+ years, managing a diverse caseload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
