About the role
Coffs Massage Central is seeking a dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services to our clients, helping them achieve their wellness goals and enhance their overall wellbeing. This is a full-time role, with flexibility to work a range of shifts to meet the needs of our clients.
What you'll be doing
Conducting thorough client consultations to understand their needs and customize treatment plans Delivering a range of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and relaxation massage Maintaining detailed client records and treatment notes Ensuring the massage room and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and prepared for each client Providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients Staying up-to-date with the latest massage therapy techniques and trendsWhat we're looking for
A Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification Minimum 2 years' experience as a Massage Therapist, preferably in a similar setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tailor treatments to individual needs Commitment to continuing professional development and improving your skills Passion for the health and wellness industry and a desire to help others What we offer
