The Role: Digital Marketing ManagerNow is an exciting time to join Travelex as we expand into true omnichannel retail. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our digital growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in executing dynamic marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and boost revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead all digital marketing activities, including content management, SEO, search, display, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing, ensuring strong performance against sales and marketing objectives.Drive online foreign currency sales and increase Travelex Money Card penetration, including initial sales and reloads.Own the CRM/CEP strategy and calendar, managing segmentation, automation, and performance testing to optimise engagement and sales through EDMs and push notifications.Help launch and grow the Travelex Plus loyalty program, developing strategies to drive sign-ups and expand the database.Manage agency relationships for digital media buying, SEO, and content creation.Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and ROI optimisation.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:A degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing for an e-commerce brand—ideally within an omnichannel environment.A proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, and sales.Strong proficiency in digital marketing and reporting tools such as GA4, Ads Manager, SEMrush, Web CMS systems, and Looker Studio.
