Our property spans 2 acres and offers unique accommodations catering to sports, business, and leisure guests. Located just 20 minutes from the upcoming Western Sydney Airport, we anticipate that the airport's opening in less than 12 months will significantly enhance our demand potential.

About the Role
As the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
- Leading sales and marketing initiatives to attract new clients, boost occupancy, drive revenue growth, and elevate the hotel's visibility in the market.
- Managing rates and yield strategies based on seasonality, market conditions, and competition to maximize revenue.
- Leading and motivating a dedicated team, ensuring high operational standards and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Overseeing operations, including purchasing, inventory, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and reservations.
- Preparing and managing staff rosters, coordinating with outsourced housekeeping team, and ensuring staffing levels align with operational needs.
About You
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- 5+ years of senior management experience in a similar size hotel.
- A proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations, driving profitability, achieving exceptional financial results and driving commercial performance.
- Passionate about personal development and fostering growth in others.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build meaningful, impactful relationships across all levels of the team.
- Skilled in cultivating positive relationships with hotel owners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to source, develop, and manage new business leads.
- Full Australian Working Rights
Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Commerce, or Business Administration is highly regarded.
