Roberts Park ELC is a 47 placement service, catering from 6 weeks to 6 years old. We specialise in providing high quality childcare and early learning programs for children in our care. Our aim is to inspire and enrich each child’s growth and development through nurturing care, exceptional educational programs, including school readiness preparation.

- Certificate 3
- Diploma qualified educators
- Traineeships available
About the roles
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a program and curriculum founded on the Early Years Learning Framework and Centre philosophy.
- You will ensure to follow the NSW Law, Regulations and National Quality Standards.
- Create and promote positive learning environments based on child-directed learning.
- Role model positive techniques to guide children's behaviour.
- Establish positive working relationships with children, families and staff.
- Observe and record children's growth, development and behaviour using electronic portfolios.
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe.
- Help develop teaching goals for the Centre and educators.
You will need:
- ACECQA recognised Diploma / Certificate III qualifications
- Fantastic organisational and teamwork skills
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- A good level of computer literacy
- Current First Aid certificate with asthma & anaphylaxis training
- Current & valid CPR certificate - renewed yearly
- Child Protection training & refresher completed with in the last 12 months
- Valid & Current Working With Children Check
- A good understanding of the EYLF, NQF and the NQS
