The Role
Reporting into the Head of Finance, the position is responsible for operational finance for a portfolio of fund and investment vehicles. Responsibilities include:
-review monthly reporting deliverables, including property and trust level management accounts for fund entities.-prepare/review quarterly investor reporting for fund entities-cashflow management, quarterly loan compliance reporting and interest payments for fund entities-coordinate and liaise with external parties including auditors and corporate and tax agents-management of annual audit process including review of audited financial statements and annual tax filing.-handle related matters for fund set up including incorporation of entities, opening bank accounts, investor onboarding and application of tax incentives.-manage fund operational matters including capital calls and distributions-great opportunity to step up into a Finance Manager role
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have prior Fund Accounting experience, ideally with property experience. Your ability to work collaboratively and take initiative will ensure your success in this role.
