We are looking for two highly motivated and quick-learning Compliance Analysts to join a collaborative team where your growth/development will be supported. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, Australia and New Zealand, this role involves investigating and reviewing all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) cases (e.g. PEPs, SIPs, GAITs, Enhanced Due Diligence, etc.) and Sanctions related cases within the required timeframes as part of the AML Transaction Monitoring Program. How will you make an impact in this role?

• Conduct analysis on potential suspicious activity transactions alerts and prepare detailed investigation reports, including Suspicious Matter Reports as required
• Multi-task and demonstrate effective time management skills to manage daily case volumes
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in AML transaction monitoring or analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Aptitude for analysis, investigation and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience within Compliance or related functions preferred, e.g. legal, internal audit, risk management
• Knowledge of financial services/products and related compliance requirements, in particular Anti-Money Laundering obligations
