The Company
Our client is a large, well established, Tier 1 Remedial Building Company that has been specialising in Residential and Commercial Remedial projects and Cladding Replacement projects for over 50 years working across NSW and QLD.
The Role
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Working Site Supervisor / Foreman with experience in Remedial Building works to join their team. You will have 5 + years experience as a Working Site Supervisor / Foreman in Remedial Building (Essential).
Reporting directly into a Project Manager and the Construction Manager, this position would be a hands on Site Supervisor / Foreman still working on the tools, with experience in all aspects of traditional strata Remedial Building works.
What are we looking for?

• Trade Qualification as either a - Carpenter or Waterproofer
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Remedial Building Site Supervisor / Foreman running projects up to $3M +
• Supervisor experienced in scheduling daily work for a crew consisting of 1 Leading Hand and between 6 - 12 internal staff and subcontractors
• Ability to identify issues and problem solve
• Ability to guide and direct subbies
• A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager and Construction Manager
• White Card
• Ability to lead and give direction and advise
• Supervisor with a strong safety mindset
• Ability to hold Tool Box / Safety Talks
• Full Australian Working rights
